The Croydon Project: Spring 2026 consultation

The Croydon Project’s spring consultation will launch on Thursday 12 March.

The Croydon Project is the mixed-use regeneration of Croydon town centre to restore it as the economic and creative capital of South London.

The ambition is to be a catalyst for a modern, mixed use town centre with new homes, generous public spaces and a richer mix of shops, restaurants and leisure that stays busy, safer and alive from day through to night.

Public consultation to date shows strong support, with 85% of respondents backing some or all elements of the plans, so they have been working hard to develop the designs.

But they still want your help and enthusiasm to contribute to the Whitgift masterplan, which is why they are launching the new exhibition online and on North End in March.

From Thursday 12 March there will be a new short survey on the website, and the team will be popping up around the borough. Please come and meet the team (weather dependant) on:

Thursday 12th March 3pm – 6pm
60-68 North End, CR10 1UJ

Friday 13th March 10am – 1pm
New Addington Market, CR0 0JD

Tuesday 17th March 2pm – 6pm
Norwood Hight Street and Station

Thursday 19th March 11am – 2pm
Surrey Street Market, CR0 1RJ

Keep your eyes peeled and sign up to stay up to date on the latest here. If you have any questions, get in touch.
