Planning permission for nine flats in the heart of Croydon submitted by Develop Croydon partners SHW has been approved by Croydon Council.

SHW’s planning team submitted the pre-application to the council on behalf of Sterling Rose Homes. The site, on High Street, is currently redundant and is next to Anna’s Thai restaurant.

SHW Partner, and head of Surrey, South London and Kent offices, Richard Plant said: “We are delighted to see this deal completed with Sterling Rose. This will brighten up this area of the High Street in Croydon.”
