Develop Croydon has welcomed four new board members for 2022-24.
NewPlace Director Joe Garner and Peter Sutcliffe, Director, Head of Building Engineering UK & Ireland, AECOM join Henry Riley CEO David Needham and Fadia Clarke, Croydon College’s Vice Principal Training Skills & Higher Education as the organisation’s newest members.
As board members, they will play a key role in deciding the direction, activities and finances of the 70+member Community Interest Company.
Richard Plant, Develop Croydon Chair and SHW Partner, said: “I’m delighted with the new appointments to the Develop Croydon board.
“These four members are clear in their commitment to the borough and driving forward positive growth for residents, employers, employees, organisations, investors, developers and visitors.

The four new members join the existing board, which is made up of:
