Macar Developments announced on LinkedIn their intention to submit an application to bring 51 new build-to-rent homes to the heart of South Croydon.

Currently, they are undergoing an intensive and detail-oriented pre-application process with the local authority, and are in the final stages of drafting and reviewing their reports.

The Macar team have created a vision of residential architecture that is both unique and fitting for the community, believing the new homes will provide much-needed accommodation and contribute to the vibrancy of the area.
