GLI have submitted a planning application to build two logistics warehousing units totalling 107,770 sq ft on Queensway.
The first unit is 52,605 sq ft and the second 55,165 sq ft, with both 100% electric and delivering extensive car and van EV charging points, and PV solar panels.
David Johnson, CEO of GLI, said: “The site is perfectly located, close to South London, and will provide much needed new-built units for the Croydon area. The buildings are designed for maximum sustainability, efficiency of operation for occupiers, and modern office facilities to attract employees and support job creation.”
