The proposal delivers a total of 247 residential units in four mansion blocks along Whytecliffe Road South, of which are all 6 storeys. They each have 2 storey set back floors plus an additional storey located to the rear.
It is the aspiration that this proposal will set a high standard for residential developments in and around Purley, marking the gateway to Purley.
