Planning permission was granted in December 2020 at The Old Dairy, Croydon, for an innovative 100% affordable housing scheme suitable for all forms of temporary accommodation and keyworkers. The scheme consists of 115 high-quality self-contained apartments and townhouses with additional on-site internal and external amenities, including a residents’ lounge, study areas and gardens with secure children’s play area and a concierge reception. The commercial premises on-site is designated for use as a coffee shop and community hub.
