North End will set the scene for BID’s Croydon Christmas Street Celebration on Saturday 4 December.

Residents and visitors can enjoy the festivities from 11am, when Croydon’s Christmas Theatre comes to life with performances throughout the day.

Street performers from Covent Garden will also be in attendance with a variety show to amaze visitors of all ages.

There’ll be Christmas music from The Salvation Army, Endurance Steel Pans, and quirky classical violinist Sid Bowfin.

Young visitors should keep a look out for 15 street entertainers, including a Christmas pudding, snowman, gingerbread man, elves, reindeer, and more.

BID’s festive event runs till 5pm and is guaranteed to deliver some Christmas spirit to the town centre as well as fun for all the family.
