Based on a secure, attractive site in South Croydon, Capital Business Centre is home to a thriving community of resilient businesses.

Despite the challenges of the last year wrought by the COVID-19 pandemic, the centre remained open but quickly took action to ensure the safety of its customers and five-strong centre management team.

Customers facing cashflow shortages were offered the option of making their monthly licence fee payments from their deposits to give them much needed financial breathing space. They were regularly contacted by the centre management team with information about assistance available to them.

The centre – one of nine sites operated by Capital Space Ltd – benefited from £15,0000 group-wide investment to become COVID-19 secure.

Measures introduced included sensory devices to replace push buttons on doors, plastic screens on all reception desks, regular cleaning, additional cleaning options for customers and signage reminding those in  reception and communal areas to remain socially distanced.

Customers have expressed gratitude for Capital Business Centre’s support.
