The planning application was submitted in December 2018.  The scheme is for the development of 242 residential apartments (Class C3) within a 34 and 10 storey co-joined building over a ground level comprising entrance lobbies, residents’ gym, cycle and refuse storage, disabled parking and associated facilities together with amenity spaces at first, 11th and 35th floors.  It provides two seamlessly co-joined buildings.   The 199 market apartments are set within the 34 storey (over ground) tower.  The lower 10 storey element (over ground) provides 43 affordable rent flats.  With planning permission anticipated during Spring 2019, the development would commence in January 2020 with completion by December 2022.
