The proposal regenerates an old rehearsal studio events space in the centre of Croydon. The site came with numerous planning challenges, mainly in connection with its constrained location and its relationship with the adjoining properties. Regent Land & Developments worked hard with the design solutions to produce the most effective use of space available.
